About the Organizing Editor:
Dr Sushma Arya’s illustrious career stands as a profound testament to academic excellence, administrative acumen, and a lifelong commitment to educational institutions. A scholar from the discipline of English literature, her journey smoothly bridges the highest level in theoretical scholarship with a dynamic educational leadership.
Dr Arya did her higher studies in English literature from Kurukshetra University. She spent two and a half years serving as a Reader in the Department of English there, before steering forward as the head of major institutions. An astute researcher and critic, she has made substantial contributions to contemporary literary discourse, authoring and editing several volumes.
Dr Arya served as the Principal of DAV College for Girls, Yamuna Nagar; later as the Registrar of DAV University, Jalandhar; and then as the Regional Director, DAVCMC. Presently, she continues to shape the educational framework of the region as the Manager of the prestigious DAV Managing Committee.

Dr S.P.S. Dahiya stands as a distinguished educator and a globally renowned scholar of American literature, who has been respected throughout his career for his flawless and brilliant academic record. A recipient of numerous prestigious national scholarships of meritorious standing, he completed his higher studies in English literature from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. Dr Dahiya’s professional journey at MDU spans over an array of vital academic and administrative leadership roles, including HOD English Department, Dean Faculty and Registrar.
