About the Authors:

Elizabeth Doucet: Elizabeth Doucet: has been practicing law for 34 years in New York, Louisiana, and Ohio. She was an attorney with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C., and New Orleans, and she was regional attorney of the New Orleans office for several years. For the past 25 years, she has been concentrating her practice in employment law, having worked for a labor law firm in New York and California, and later for a national retailer.

Ms. Doucet graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a degree in journalism and from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Before attending law school, she was a reporter for United Press International in Newark, New Jersey, and South Vietnam.

Ms. Doucet has lectured extensively on employment law, specifically sexual harassment. She now resides in Louisiana while working on three books.

Juliana Lightle: Juliana Lightle's career history includes eight years in higher education administration and 15 years in corporate human resources, including management positions in affirmative action and labor relations. She has published technical articles on the shortage of engineers and scientists and has served as an expert witness in sexual harassment cases.

Ms. Lightle received her Ph.D. in counseling and labor and human resources from Ohio State University.
